Rae Draizen (Head of Partnerships + Content, Planted)
Rae is Head of Partnerships + Content at Planted. With a diverse background in professional development and career coaching, she helps companies hire the best people to create dynamic, unstoppable teams. She's helped build Planted's business development strategy from the ground up, geeks out on all things content, and is passionate about social entrepreneurship and inclusivity in tech. Rae has a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters in Social Enterprise from Columbia University.
Jamie Nichol (Head of Community, CultureIQ)
Jamie Nichol is Head of Community for CultureIQ, a culture management platform dedicated to helping companies strengthen their culture. As the 6th employee, she has done a little bit of everything at the company -- from client services to marketing. In her current role, she works to connect people around all things company culture. Prior to joining CultureIQ, Jamie was an early employee at ZeroCater, where she hired and led the Account Management team. She is a proud Bay Area native and has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Elantha Barry (Director of Customer Success, Guideline)
Elantha Barry is the Director of Customer Success for Guideline, the first full-service 401(k) without management fees or hidden costs that allows small and medium sized businesses to offer 401(k) plans to their employees. Prior to Guideline, Elantha was an early employee at Counsyl, where she helped scale the client services, billing operations, and commercial learning and development functions. She hails from Massachusetts, where she also received her BS from Northeastern University.
Meg Knudtsen (Senior Recruiter, Lyft)
